Gusti Leather also offers repair services!

Did the buckle on your favorite bag break off, or did a seam come undone? No problem! Feel free to stop by one of our stores and have our staff repair your favorite piece. For our Gusti Leather products, we offer a free* repair under warranty during the first year after purchase.

Here is an overview of our stores:

Simply speak to a staff member at one of our stores; they’ll help you fill out a form, and in no time at all, you’ll be able to use your bag again in your daily life after it’s been repaired. Bags needing repair can be dropped off at our store and must also be picked up there.

If there isn’t a store near you, you don’t have to miss out on our repair service. In that case, please feel free to contact our customer support at info@gusti-leder.de for more information. The turnaround time for a repair is currently about 2–3 weeks.

We gladly accept any leather bag for repair. We do not accept leather shoes or other clothing items. Additionally, we cannot offer repairs using original parts, as we work exclusively with replacement materials from our own selection. However, you are welcome to bring your own replacement materials—such as buckles or carabiners—and we will send them along with your bag. For this reason, prices are determined on a case-by-case basis depending on the repair.

Repairing the Carrying Strap
